What Tally Prime API integration does
Tally Prime is the accounting system of record for an enormous number of Indian businesses, and in most of them it is fed by hand. Sales happen in a storefront or a CRM, payments land in a gateway, and someone re-keys the day's transactions into Tally in the evening.
That lag is where reconciliation breaks and GST filing becomes a month-end scramble. Our Tally integration pushes sales and purchase vouchers through Tally's XML interface as transactions occur, and keeps masters — ledgers, stock items, parties — in sync so that a voucher does not fail on a missing reference. Because most Tally installs are on-premise, the connector is designed to run alongside the Tally machine and communicate outbound, so no inbound network exposure is required.
