Welcome to API Integration Services("the Platform"), operated by Aeologic Technologies ("Aeologic", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, repository, catalog, sandboxes, and development services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you, on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent, agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Services Description & Scope

API Integration Services provides pre-built, tested, compliance-ready integration modules for various government Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) rails (such as Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker, GSTN, ABHA, ONDC) and enterprise APIs.

Unless explicitly covered under a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or custom integration contract, our repository catalog and code examples are provided for informational and evaluative purposes only. Full production deployment services, license acquisition, and operational maintenance are subject to separate integration contracts.

2. Developer Accounts & Sandbox Access

To evaluate integrations or access sandbox environments, you may be required to provide contact and company details. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete details in all inquiry forms.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of any credentials or sandbox API keys provided to you.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its design, architecture, interface elements, content, database schemas, and proprietary connectors, is the intellectual property of Aeologic Technologies or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the website and catalog for scoping your integration projects. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any proprietary code or service templates without an explicit license agreement from Aeologic.

4. Integration Responsibilities & Compliance

When utilizing pre-built connectors to integrate with regulated networks, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Licenses and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, approvals, and business codes (e.g., AUA/KUA licenses, GSP credentials, PSP partnerships) required to transact in production.
  • Regulatory Audits: Certain integrations (like Aadhaar eKYC or Account Aggregator) are subject to mandatory regulatory audits. You agree to cooperate with all compliance requirements.
  • Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data submitted through your application. We do not store or process transactional payloads except as necessary to route API calls during testing or as defined in our custom agreements.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform or any provided integration sandbox to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit malware, spyware, or execute denial-of-service attacks against our systems or the target DPI systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or API endpoints connected to the Platform.
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or indexing of the integration catalog database.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AEOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AEOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR INTEGRATION SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform, sandboxes, or integration resources, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
