Which Aadhaar authentication modes do you support?
OTP, biometric and demographic authentication for e-KYC, plus Yes/No authentication where you only need confirmation of identity. All of it runs under Aeologic's licensed AUA/KUA access.
Is PAN verification real time?
Yes. The PAN check is a live call against the Income Tax department through Protean (NSDL) and returns holder name and status, typically in a few hundred milliseconds.
Can we use CKYC to skip full KYC for an existing customer?
Where the customer already has a CKYC record, yes — you retrieve the record from the Central KYC Registry and use it in place of fresh collection, which is the single biggest drop-off reduction available to a regulated onboarding flow.
