Do you handle DLT registration for Indian SMS?
We handle the integration and template mapping against your DLT-registered headers and templates, and we advise on the registration itself. The DLT entity registration has to be in your name as the sender.
What are WhatsApp template messages?
Messages sent outside a 24-hour customer-initiated session window must use a template pre-approved by Meta. Our connector manages template selection and falls back to session messaging when the window is open.
Can we use our existing Twilio or MSG91 account?
Yes. Connectors run against your provider account and pricing; we do not resell the underlying messaging.
