Commerce platform integrations

A storefront is rarely the system of record for anything except the storefront. Inventory truth usually lives in an ERP or a WMS, pricing may come from a pricing engine, fulfilment happens in a courier network, and finance needs a compliant invoice for each order. Keeping those aligned with polling scripts is the source of the two classic commerce failures: overselling stock you do not have, and orders that never reach fulfilment.

Our eCommerce API integration uses webhooks as the primary path with reconciliation as a safety net. Orders arrive from Shopify or WooCommerce as they are placed, are written idempotently into your systems, and inventory changes propagate back. A scheduled reconciliation pass catches anything a missed webhook lost, so the two sides converge instead of quietly drifting.

What you can build with commerce integrations

Order capture into your back office

Push every storefront order into your ERP, OMS or fulfilment system as it happens, with deduplication so a replayed webhook does not create a second order.

Inventory that stays honest

Sync stock levels from the system of record back to the storefront to stop overselling during peaks.

Compliant invoicing per order

Generate a GST invoice with an IRN and signed QR code for each order automatically in Tally or Zoho Books.

Multi-channel selling

Run Shopify, WooCommerce and the ONDC network from the same catalog and inventory pool rather than maintaining them separately.

Frequently asked questions

Do you use webhooks or polling?

Webhooks for latency, plus a scheduled reconciliation pass for correctness. Webhook-only integrations lose data whenever your endpoint has a bad five minutes; the reconciliation pass is what makes the sync trustworthy.

Can you sync more than one store?

Yes. Multi-store and multi-region setups are common, including mixed Shopify and WooCommerce estates feeding one back office.

What about custom storefronts?

Any storefront with a REST or GraphQL API, or one that can emit webhooks, can be connected to the same order and inventory model.
