Logistics API integration for shipping, tracking and fulfilment
Shiprocket and Delhivery integrated for shipment creation, AWB assignment, PIN serviceability and live tracking — multi-courier fulfilment behind one interface.
Logistics & shipping integrations
2 resultsMulti-courier shipping aggregation — create shipments, assign AWBs and track parcels.
Direct integration with Delhivery for PIN serviceability and shipment tracking.
Shipping is where a clean commerce architecture usually breaks down. Couriers differ on serviceability rules, AWB formats, tracking-status vocabularies and webhook reliability. Teams end up with per-courier branches spread through the order service, and a customer-facing tracking page that says 'in transit' for four days because nobody normalised the status codes.
Our logistics API integration models shipment lifecycle once. You create a shipment; the connector checks serviceability, selects or accepts a courier, assigns the AWB and emits normalised tracking events regardless of which network the parcel is on. Delhivery is integrated directly for PIN serviceability and tracking; Shiprocket provides multi-courier aggregation. Adding a courier does not mean touching your order service.
What you can build with logistics integrations
Serviceability at checkout
Check whether a destination PIN is serviceable, and by whom, before the customer commits — rather than cancelling the order the next day.
Automatic courier assignment
Book each shipment with the courier that fits the lane, weight and SLA, with fallback when the first choice cannot pick up.
One tracking timeline
Present a single normalised tracking narrative to the customer no matter which network is carrying the parcel.
Proactive delivery comms
Trigger WhatsApp and SMS updates from normalised tracking events so support tickets drop instead of following the shipment volume.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use our own negotiated courier rates?
Yes. Connectors run against your Shiprocket or Delhivery account, so your commercial terms apply.
How are tracking statuses normalised?
Each courier's status vocabulary is mapped to a single lifecycle model — booked, picked, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, exception — so your UI and your notification logic have one contract to code against.
Can you add a courier that is not listed?
Yes. Any courier with a documented API can be added to the same lifecycle model, typically in one to three weeks.
