Why this bundle exists
Shipping breaks in predictable places: an unserviceable PIN discovered after the order is taken, a parcel that moves between couriers and loses its tracking narrative, a customer with no idea where their delivery is, and a driver whose vehicle nobody verified.
This bundle addresses each. Shipments are booked through Shiprocket's multi-courier aggregation with serviceability checked first. Delhivery tracking covers the direct network for core lanes. Vahan verifies the delivery vehicle against the national registration database. Customers receive WhatsApp updates driven by normalised tracking events, with SMS fallback through Twilio when WhatsApp is unavailable. The key design decision is that tracking statuses from every courier map into one lifecycle model, so the customer sees a single coherent timeline no matter how many networks the parcel crossed.
